Gary O’Neill, a 50-year-old assistant manager from Fife, Scotland, has transformed his life by losing an impressive six stone (approximately 38 kg). Going from a size double XL to a size M or S in t-shirts and a 34-inch waist, he celebrated his progress with the support of family and friends. Regulars at his job hardly recognized him, boosting his confidence immensely. His relationship with his wife also flourished as they enjoyed outdoor activities together.
